Hilary Joy Couture offers free shipping via UPS Ground within United States. We are not able to ship to PO Box Addresses.  Packages are delivered via UPS Or USPS.

Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

Return Policy

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Hilary Joy Couture is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. 

Please email sales@hilaryjoycouture.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address and Order Number. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package.

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.

Hilary Joy Couture reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.
